Corresponding cards are issued on your name as the director, president or other employee without any liability. Sometimes the owners can be protected by offshore trusts. The main advantage of setting up such structures is that you are guaranteed absolute confidentiality and privacy with minimal taxes. This is the main advantage over opening up offshore bank accounts as personal accounts in your own name. Please remember that for IBC packages OTHER than the Panama Works package, you need to contact us before you purchase the IBC, as this is not a service offered in our standard packages, but is available in a custom package that we can make for you as long as we know before we process your order.

We have great suggestions for tax relief. Offshore bank accounts in tax havens do the trick as long as you structure yourself legally and properly. The eight golden rules of successful anonymous banking

1. Avoid a paper trail. If you ounce transfer money directly to your Secret Account or pay in a personal check, your account is no longer secret! Pay in checks from foreign countries, route money through an intermediary, like a checking cashing service, or fund it with plain old cash!

2. Never use your home or office phone lines to call or fax your offshore bank. Five or ten years later somebody could look at your phone records and find out where your account is. Use pay phones or prepaid or foreign calling cards or public faxes in copy shops, airports, etc.

3. Don't have statements mailed to your normal address. Have mail held at your bank or sent to a maildrop in a different country!

4. None of us are immortal. Make sure you have adequate provisions for passing out your hidden assets in the event of your death!

5. Keep your secret account a secret! Jealous ex-lovers and ex-spouses are the biggest source of tip offs to authorities world-wide.

6. Live a low profile. If you must have conspicuous cars, clothes or patterns, don't bring them where you normally live!

7. Don't try to be too clever! Anonymous banking is all about avoiding risks. If your are not sure of something, don't do it!

8. Paranoia is good for your wealth! Big Brother is watching you...!

How hidden assets are found
Having conducted investigations in the US and abroad, we are familiar with the various techniques which may be used to locate leads to funds being kept offshore. Here are a few:

Checking passports (and travel agents) for evidence of visits to "high profile" destinations such as: Switzerland, Cayman Islands, The Bahamas, Isle of Man, Netherlands Antilles, and other known banking and tax havens. Travel to these type of areas will surely throw up a red flag, giving investigators a place to start looking for your assets.

Examining telephone (home, business and hotel), fax and mobile (cellular) phone records to identify undisclosed business connections and contacts.

Reviewing credit card statements to determine who you do business with, where you travel (domestic & foreign), and what products and services you use. These records leave a paper trail a mile long.

Garbage is often sifted through for information such as statements, invoices, correspondence, and other relevant material useful in tracking your affairs. Use a high quality paper shredder, discard your garbage at another location, or burn and crush it. It sounds drastic, but what you throw away says a lot about you, and many leads can be found there.

Compiling a list of parties that you have a relationship with (business or otherwise) by recording the return addresses on your incoming mail. This technique can disclose friends, associates and partners. If you must receive important mail at your residence or business address, be sure to ask your correspondents to stop using a return address.

Looking into banking transactions. All withdrawals of US$3,000 or more must be reported by your bank to the federal government, whether made by cash, cheque or electronic transfer. Keep your transactions under US$3,000.

Checking private courier's logs (UPS, DHL, Federal Express, Airborne Express etc.) for delivery of special or important letters and packages.

Examining telex records of your company or business to locate areas of foreign activity.

Personal Bank Accounts

Austria

There are a few banks still willing to open personal accounts for foreigners in Austria but you have to go there is person to open your account. Online internet banking and full range of credit/debit cards available. Our introduction fee is EUR450.

Provided you are ready to hold at least EUR80,000 on your Austrian savings account it´s possible to negotiate special terms and your account can be opened by mail. This bank doesn’t offer online internet banking however. Our introduction fee is EUR900.

Bermuda

Originating from a merchant-trading firm founded in 1758, it became a bank in 1858, and was incorporated in 1904. With branches in Bahamas, Barbados, Cayman, Guernsey and United Kingdom they can offer you everything you may need in a field of personal banking (current and deposit accounts, credit/debit cards, online internet banking, investment opportunities etc). It is possible to open your account by mail. Our introduction fee is EUR600.

Czech Republic

We can offer you three Czech banks. They all offer online internet banking in English, credit/debit cards and bank accounts in major currencies. All it takes to open personal bank account in the Czech Republic is to visit one these three banks in person, complete account application form and present two kinds of ID (passport plus one more ID card showing your residential address). Our introduction fee is EUR550. If you want a local agent to escort you to your preferred bank and assist with opening your personal bank account you will have to pay EUR1,600. If you wish to open your Czech bank account by mail, the fee is EUR1,750 (incl. local maidrop service for 12 months).

Dominica (Commonwealth of Dominica)

The Bank offers personal bank accounts, online internet banking and debit cards. A certified copy of your ID, reference letter and utility bill which proves your current address is required. Our introduction fee is EUR500.

Guernsey, Isle of Man or Jersey (UK)

You can open a personal bank account with one of the biggest and most prestigious bank in the World there. Accounts in US$, EUR or GBP are available with the minimum opening deposit of US$, EUR or GBP5,000. Also you can apply for gold and/or platinum American Express card. All accounts can be managed online via the Internet. It takes about 10 minutes to apply for the bank account completing online application form. Our introduction fee is EUR500.

If the above minimum opening deposit is too high for you we still have a solution for you in the Isle of Man. Opening deposit of GBP100 will be acceptable. Our introduction fee is EUR800.

Latvia

This north European country has been one of the most popular locations to open both personal as well as company offshore bank accounts for about 10 years already. Most probably this is the last country allowing to open numbered (coded) bank accounts.

Personal bank accounts can be opened with a minimum opening deposit (US$200 is just enough) and with minimum requirements (your passport copy is all they need). Online internet banking in English and full range of credit/debit cards is available. Our introduction fee is EUR500.

Luxembourg

The Bank is a member of a group the history of which dates back to 1786. The Bank itself was originally established in Luxembourg in 1976. The Bank offers a range of superior quality Asset Management services to individuals, who are in a position to invest at least equivalent of 100,000 EUR in any freely transferable currency. In this respect, the Bank focuses on the handling and management of active and diversified securities portfolios rather than retail banking or cash deposit administration services. As a client, you may open interest-bearing cash accounts in any currencies and be provided with credit card facilities. Our introduction fee is EUR500.

Malta

A traditional and still very popular place to open your personal current or savings bank account. The bank we have been using there is one of the biggest in the World and while they prefer you come to open your bank account in person there is still a way to open it my mail. An online internet banking in English and credit cards are available. Our introduction fee is EUR700.

Poland

Not as popular as other locations mentioned here but if you are not a Polish resident and you really need a personal bank account in Poland we found a bank that opens accounts for foreigners. All other Polish banks we checked refused us. It is necessary to open the account in person anyway. Our introduction fee is EUR450.

Switzerland

When opening your Swiss bank account you can choose your preferred currency (all major currencies available). You will be able to manage your funds online via the Internet (in English) and withdraw your funds using an international debit card. No minimum opening deposit required. All they need is your passport copy (notarized with Apostille). Our introduction fee is EUR550.
