Public HYIP’s

These are the regular HYIP’s that you see all over the internet.  Most are scams, as you know.  We have tried to select some of the good ones, but any public HYIP is doomed to eventual failure.  This does not mean that you can’t make any money at these, it simply means that you need to pull out your seed capital fast and reinvest the returns for growth.  We recommend that you only reinvest 50% each cycle, talking the other 50% as profit, so that you can maximize your profits while the programs last.

You can many times even make money from a scam with this strategy.  If the scam lasts 6 months or so and pays a high rate of return, then you make your money back the first couple of months meaning the rest of the months are profit.  If the program is honest, it will probably last a year or so.  If it is a scam, the longest it will last is probably 6 months.  Both scenarios provide profit potential from a diverse portfolio.

And yes, you read that right: it is even possible to make money from scams if you play the game right and the scamster is a pro who plays the suckers along for 6 months or so to maximize his or her profit.

While we do not knowingly include scams in our reports, there is no way to keep them out entirely, but hopefully at least the ones that slip through the cracks will still make most of us a profit.

Private Placements and Programs

Ideally, as your portfolio matures and our organization gains more contacts in the investment community, we will be able to include more and more private programs and less and less public ones in our files and in your portfolios.  While we do not yet have enough of these to make this our exclusive investment vehicle, we are getting more and more of these all the time.  You have to follow the rules of these very strictly.

Also, the waiting period for the start of the program is longer.  We have personally waited 4-6 months for some private placements to start.  We also know of others that don’t begin their payouts until about a year or so has passed.  But once the ball starts to roll in your portfolio, you can begin to emphasize these and begin to withdraw from the public programs, until at some point everything is private and therefore much safer.

Managed Portfolios

We also offer managed portfolios, and also provide a gateway to select closed programs through our own accounts.

The managed portfolios work like a mutual fund of HYIP’s, thus spreading your risk out in one investment.  These might be an excellent investment vehicle for those just starting out as they educate themselves on how to manage their own portfolios.

The other type we offer is similar to this, but it is one single investment that is offered through our own accounts because the program is closed.  We often cannot even disclose the particulars of the actual program because we have signed non-disclosure agreements.  So it is referred to by a nickname.  You take the same chance you would if you had purchased this in your own name, because it is one single investment instead of a pool.   Only you can make the decisions as to the proper mix of programs right for you.
