Origin of the New World Order

While it is always good to be
informed as to current world events and conditions, it is also very crucial
that God's true people be fully aware of the real
reasons and causes for the approaching specter of globalism.
To be informed in this critical area-to truly understand who and what is
genuinely behind the intrigue, the chicanery, the collusion-requires that we
take a look back-back into the dimness of antiquity--back to the very
beginning!
TURNING BACK THE PAGES
If we are to discover the true
origins of the movement toward world domination, we are compelled to reflect
upon the evidence of the Scriptures. Of all the documents available to us,
the Word of God is easily the most informative and trustworthy.
Unfortunately, so few grant it the attention and credence that it deserves.
If we judiciously combine the testimony of the Bible with that of the secular
world, it is indeed possible to uncover a veritable treasure trove of crucial
information-information that can lead us to some very astonishing conclusions
concerning the real meaning of certain ancient people and events and their
intriguing connection to what is transpiring behind the scenes in today's
world! In the realm of ultimate reality,
things are seldom as they seem to be-evil is good: black is white: day is
night! In our search, we simply cannot afford to make any unwarranted
assumptions or take anything for granted. God's Word clearly informs us that
at some primordial time, He brought into existence all things-terrestrial and
celestial, physical and spiritual. Genesis 3 introduces us to a confrontation
between the first created human and a serpent-not your average snake in the
grass, as it were, but a talking, thinking, indeed very calculating, being.
The Hebrew word for serpent indicates that this particular creature was an
enchanter, a magician, a diviner and spellcaster.
The Scriptures clearly connect this so-called serpent with the arch-enemy of
Yahweh-Satan the devil.
The question then arises: Who
was Satan? If his presence in the Garden of Eden as the tempter of Eve is
established, then what are his origins and his purposes? The Bible gives us a
scant amount of evidence in this matter, but it is crucial. Although we may
be quite familiar with most of it, it will do us well to at least use this as
the starting point in our discussion.
When it is said that God, in the
beginning, created all things, part of what was included in this statement
was a large host of angelic beings. By combining Scriptural accounts found in
Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28, a certain picture is sketched out for us-a picture
that is truly astounding, and one that impacts directly upon the question of
"Who was Satan?"
In Isaiah 14, we find a
condemnation of the so-called king of Babylon (v. 4). As we move into the message of this proverb or
taunt, we soon come to perceive that more than merely a physical monarch is
involved. In reality, this king of Babylon is a type of something far greater, something even spiritual
in nature. Notice the abrupt change in verse 11:
"How are you fallen from
heaven, 0 Lucifer, son of the morning! How are you
cut down to the ground, which did weaken the nations! For you have said in
your heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars
of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of
the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the
Most High" (Isa. 14:12-14).
Lucifer was the name of a great
angelic being who at a point in the distant past rebelled against Yahweh and
attempted to take the throne of heaven by force. The prophet Ezekiel gives us
a more detailed and instructive account:
"You seal up the sum, full
of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. You have been IN EDEN. the garden of God;
every precious stone was your covering ... You are the ANOINTED CHERUB that
covers; and I have set you so; you were upon the holy mountain of God; you
have walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. You were perfect
in your ways from the day that you were created, till iniquity was found in
you" (Ezek. 28:12-15).
Lucifer, this anointed cherub,
was a mighty angel, exercising power and authority. He was a perfect specimen
until he chose to challenge the Almighty. When he did, he sinned grievously
and was cast out of heaven by the armies of God. This remarkable event
transpired in a era prior to the creation of man. It
is in Genesis 3 that we next encounter this great being. Remember that the
Scriptures admit that Lucifer had been in Eden, the garden
of God. Only four individuals are recorded as having been
there-God. the serpent, Adam and Eve. it is apparent that neither God nor Adam nor Eve could
possibly have been Lucifer. The only possible answer is that the serpent was
indeed Lucifer. We already know also that the serpent was Satan (Rev. 12:9).
The very best evidence is that Lucifer and Satan are one and the same-the
former name being associated with
him before his great fall from grace, and the latter his
name as the antagonist of the truth as so readily exemplified in his
encounter with Eve in the garden.
Lucifer's desire was not to
humble himself before the presence and power of God. He coveted something far
greater than what he had been given. He wasn't satisfied. His appetite, in
fact, was insatiable. His objective was to have the very throne of Yahweh
Himself! He wanted to possess the awesome position of universal ruler of all
creation!
In his role as Satan the devil,
this same being still desires the very identical thing. Few people really
discern that Satan is more than just an opponent of God's people. He is more
than merely the personification of evil. His goal is far greater than simply
deceiving mankind. His aim is clearly to rule the universe. He has never
repudiated his former sinful plans. The issue of world domination, of a New
World Order, is merely a part of the diabolical plot by which Satan believes
he can eventually claim the throne that was denied him early on.
The evil machinations of men, the
secret societies, the clandestine activities, the wicked conspiracies-are all
simply the result of Satan's direct intervention and influence in the affairs
of human beings. The deceptive schemes and multiple levels of intrigue are
all indicative of the devious mind of Satan the devil at work. The history of certain men's desire for globalism,
for a one world government, are simply the manifestations of Satan's
own hope and plan for ultimate conquest.
SECRETS OF THE ANCIENT WORLD
According to many authoritative
sources, the most significant mystery of the various secret societies, and
indeed of the numerous New Age cults, centers around
a very ancient plan. It has been passed down by word of mouth for literally
thousands of years. It involves the push toward a one-world government-the
dawning of a new age of man. It is, in fact, the rebirth of the famous lost
civilization of Atlantis itself!
Now the story of Atlantis is
generally relegated to the realm of legend at best and, at worst, the world of utter fiction!
Most of us probably can recall a few of the details of this ancient tale. I
now seriously wonder if this story does not deserve more consideration and
perhaps even more credence than it currently receives. Let's recount the
general sense of the Atlantean tradition.
The main source for the story is
found in the writings of the Greek philosopher Plato and dated around the
year 400 B.C. This account, however, is said to have been derived from an
even earlier oral account originating with another Greek philosopher, Solon,
often called the Father of Greek democracy. Solon received the story around
600 B.C. while he was studying with the priests of the -Temple
of Isis in Sais', Egypt. The legend was then passed down orally for several
generations until the time of Plato, 'Whereupon he recorded it in one of his
dialogues.
Solon, although a Greek, was
accepted by the priests of Isis and was shown many of their secrets. According to the
story, Solon was taken down a long series of ancient steps that eventually
led to a huge subterranean chamber through which flowed a portion of the Nile. The
Greek philosopher and his hosts boarded a small boat and set sail for an
island deep underground. On this island were two pillars made of the rare
metal orichalcum, the fabled indestructible
material of Atlantis. Upon these huge pillars were strange writings in a
mysterious language unknown to Solon.
Solon was instructed that the
columns were erected there years earlier by a race of people who had vanished
forever. This civilization was supposedly located on the ancient continent of
Atlantis. The enigmatic inscriptions on the pillars were reputed to be the
laws of Atlantis, left there to steer mankind until the appointed time when
the age of Atlantis would be reborn and flourish once again.
Atlantis was supposedly ruled at
this time by a cooperative commonwealth of ten kings, known as the Atlantic
League. According. to the tradition, the kings of
Atlantis made a momentous decision to invade the other continents of the earth
and subdue them all under Atlantean domination.
This, however, was apparently a transgression of Atlantean
law, and the gods were greatly angered. The chief deity, Zeus, retaliated by
utterly destroying Atlantis, causing the continent to sink beneath the waves
of the ocean.
Granted, this story could easily
be dismissed as mythology, but I fear that to do so would result in a great
loss of understanding that could be gained concerning the ancient origin of
the so-called New World Order. Of prime importance is the fact that the
legend of Atlantis seems to be the basis upon which virtually all of the
secret societies are founded. This alone catapults the Atlantean
story into a position of prominence. The eminent Masonic leader, Manley P.
Hall, once stated:
"The league of the ten
kings is the cooperative commonwealth of mankind, the natural and proper form
of human government. The Atlantic legend, therefore, is the archetype or the
pattern of government, which existed in ancient days but was destroyed by the
selfishness and ignorance of men" (The Secret Destiny of America, 1944,
p. 59).
Yes, the Masonic tradition
indeed can be traced all the way back to the ostensibly mythological
civilization of ancient Atlantis. In fact, the inner circle of Masonic
initiates clearly understand that the pattern of government that ruled the
continent of Atlantis is their own model for one-world government and the
ushering in of the new age.
The fall of Atlantis was one of
the most crucial events in all of human history. The knowledge of that great realm
was never lost. It has been preserved both orally and in the written word.
Its reality can hardly be denied. The desire of those on the
inside has always been to restore this fabulous lost civilization.
The father of modern Masonry,
Sir Francis Bacon, wrote a book in the early 1600's entitled, The New
Atlantis. In this novel, he laid out the idea for a utopian society across
the ocean from Europe where mankind could build a new civilization based upon
the principles of government he believed to be those of the legendary lost
continent of Atlantis. Maria Bauer Hall writes in her book, Collections of
Emblems,, Ancient and Modern, the following:
"Truly the sixth great Empire
of the Western world had its inception with the advent of Sir Francis Bacon
... the true father of democracy, the actual and true founder of America ...
and was guardian and protector of its history during the last three hundred
years ... He is the founder of Free Masonry ... the guiding light of the
Rosicrucian Order, the members of which kept the torch of true universal
knowledge, the Secret Doctrine of the ages, alive during the dark night of
the Middle Ages. Bacon had been initiated into the new liberalism
represented throughout Europe by Secret Societies of intellectuals dedicated
to civil and religious freedom ... Later, when the moment was propitious, he threw the
weight of his literary group with the English colonization plan for America
... cherishing as he did the dream of a great commonwealth in- the NEW
ATLANTIS" (pp. 9-10).
Today, the leading spokesman for
the approaching New Age is the Englishman, Benjamin Creme.
Since the early 1970's, Creme has been directly
contacted by one Lord Maitreya, a spirit entity
that claims to be the coming Christ. Lord Maitreya is the New Age
Messiah, and he is alive and well in London, England at this very moment. Here is what Benjamin Creme wrote in his book, The Reappearance of the Christ
and the Masters of Wisdom:
"The MYSTERY SCHOOLS GO
BACK TO ATLANTEAN TIMES. The process of initiation was instituted in mid-Atlantean times, and the remains in Egypt, South America-Mexico, Peru, Chaldea, and Babylon, relate to these ancient civilizations. They are
degenerated forms of it, for the Atlantean
civilization was a tremendous, scientific civilization, such as the world has
not seen since. In Egypt, the requirements of initiation were known, but secretly
there was no outer teaching as there is today. The ancient religion of Atlantic
was what today we call spiritualism ... The religion of ancient Egypt was Spiritualism; the religion of China, for the last 4000 years, is a kind of
Spiritualism" (p. 222).
The focus today, brethren, is
still on a rebirth of the ancient Atlantean
civilization, and with it, the Atlantean
dream-total world domination and control in the hands of the elite insiders.
The very thrust of the secret societies both historically and currently is
that of reinstituting a new 11 cooperative commonwealth of
mankind"-indeed, a new Atlantic League. This is considered to be the
natural and proper form of human government, and the highest calling to which
a person can dedicate himself.
WAS ATLANTIS MERELY A MYTH?
As I stated earlier, the lost
continent of Atlantis is considered by most non New Agers
as a legend only, indeed a mere myth. No credence whatsoever is given the
story, even though it is of very ancient origin. I believe that we should at
least be willing to give it the benefit of the doubt.
It seems to me that the sketchy
information we have on the Atlantean civilization,
its form of government, its structure and its goals, could possibly lead us
to certain potential conclusions that are very interesting. For instance,
Atlantis is said to be of primordial times.
It is often described as having existed many thousands of years ago. Granted,
these figures are undoubtedly exaggerated and therefore somewhat dubious.
Suffice it to say, however, that Atlantis has always been considered one of
the most ancient of civilizations, preceding all of the venerable societies
and empires of old, including Egyptian, Assyrian, Akkadian,
Babylonian and Sumerian. My question therefore is: According to the
Scriptures, what time period predated these civilizations of antiquity? Was
it not the pre-Flood or antediluvian world?
Secondly, the age of Atlantis
was one of extraordinary progress in the development of metallurgy, in music
and the arts, in agriculture, and in the building of great cities. It is
quite intriguing to note that the brief Biblical view we are given of the
pre-Flood world focuses on these very same advances. Notice the account in
Genesis 4:
"And Cain went out from the
presence of the Lord, and dwelt in the land
of Nod, on the east of Eden. And Cain knew his wife, and she conceived, and bore
Enoch: and he BUILT A CIT.Y and called the name of the city after the name of
his son Enoch. And to Enoch was born Irad: and Irad begat Mehujael: and Mehujael begat Methusael: and Methusael begat Lamech. And Lamech took to him two wives: the name of the one was Adah, and the name of the other Zillah. And Adah bore Jabal: he was the
father of such as dwell in tents, and of such as HAVE CATTLE. And his
brother's name was jubal: he was the father of all
such as handle the HARP AND ORGAN. And Zillah, she also bore Tubalcain, an instructor of every ARTIFICER IN BRASS AND
IRON" (Gen. 4:16-22).
It seems virtually certain that
God has here sketched out for us a quick outline of what was developing
during the time prior to the Noahian Deluge.
Civilization during this time period became quite advanced. It was very
progressive. Of course, as in all such societies, the have's
dominated and controlled the have-not's.
A third similarity between the
so-called lost civilization of Atlantis and the Biblical description of the
pre-Flood world is the fact that, in both instances, the people were
destroyed almost instantaneously by water, and that their demise was the
result of wickedness.
Perhaps the leading authority on
the subject of Atlantis was Ignatius Donnelly. In 1882 he concluded that the
parallels between Atlantis and the pre-Flood era were so close and so
significant that they were indeed one and the same:
"The Deluge plainly refers
to the destruction of Atlantis, and that it agrees in many important
particulars with the account given by Plato. The people destroyed were, in
both instances, the ancient race that had created civilization; they had
formerly been in a happy and sinless condition; they had become great and
wicked; they were destroyed for their sins-they were destroyed by water"
(Atlantis.- The Antediluvan
World, p. 192).
It is also very significant that
the Atlantean model of government consisted of 10
KINGS merging their power to control the entire continent, thus forming a
commonwealth or, what we might call, a UNITED NATIONS!!! In this regard it is
most instructive that Christ Himself referred to this very pre-Flood or Atlantean world and system as a type of the kind of
society that would be extant upon the earth in the days of His Second Coming:
"But as the days of Noah
were, so will also the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days that
were before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in
marriage, until the day Noah entered into the ark, and knew not until the
flood came, and took them all away: so also will be the coming of the Son of
Man" (Matt. 24:37-39).
If this is correct, then it is
no wonder that the books of Daniel and Revelation both predict that this very
same ideal will be pursued by those who desire to control the world in the
end-time! Remember that Daniel's terrible fourth beast (Dan. 7) had ten
horns, and we are told that these ten horns were representative of ten kings
that would arise (v. 24).
The book of Revelation delves
even deeper into this latter-day power structure. in
Revelation 13, for instance, we see that john's beast also has ten horns. But
it is in the 17th chapter that the greatest detail is given. Beginning in
verse 12, we read:
"And the ten horns which
you saw are ten kings, who have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power
as kings one hour with the beast. They have one mind, and shall give their
power and strength to the beast. These will make war with the Lamb ... And
the ten horns which you saw upon the beast, these shall hate the harlot, and
shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with
fire. For God has put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and
give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God shall be
fulfilled" (Rev. 17:12-17).
Is it any wonder, therefore,
that Atlantis plays such a central part in the thinking and planning of New
Age leaders and philosophers? Of course not! The plan of the approaching New
Age is simply a rebirth of the ancient mystery schools of the pre-Flood
world, when Cain and his descendants, directly inspired and possessed by
demonic powers, attempted to hold sway over the world of that day.
Troy Lawrence, once a disciple
of Benjamin Creme and an employee of Creme's Tara Center, revolted and repudiated the Satanic objectives of that
organization and wrote a book entitled New Age Messiah Identified. He asks
the question:
"What is the New Age
society? It is the Aryan-Lucifarian Society. This
society dates back to the antediluvian (before the Great Flood) era. The
Bible informs us that it was a perverse society. So much so, that God
destroyed it by a flood. The society that existed then practiced the black
arts of magic that included astrology (charting the course of the stars to
determine human action), necromancy (communicating with the dead-evil spirits
impersonating the dead-for advice), and psychic power. Their holy places
consisted of caverns cut into mountains. Out in the desert, when they were
away from mountains, they built ziggurats (holy mountains). These
ziggurats are similar to the pyramids of Egypt. The ancients constructed caverns in these structures.
Near the top, most of them would have a representation of the zodiac"
(p. 71).
While the legend of Atlantis has
undoubtedly been exaggerated and embellished over time, there can be little real
doubt as to the reality of its ancient existence. Both the Bible and secular
history coincide to give us really two different perspectives on the same issue. Atlantis
decidedly cannot be relegated to the realm
of mere myth. Atlantis was real. Indeed, it is the connecting link, the missing piece of
the puzzle, that brings the ultimate objectives of
Satan the devil from the ancient days of Cain and the inhabitants of the pre-Flood
world into the present day. The plans have never changed!
The evidence strongly suggests
that the mystery system which we usually attribute to the ancient Chaldean religious schools actually originated much
earlier in antediluvian times. It was, in all likelihood, the very same evil and
ungodly order that Cain and his genealogy promulgated, involving the direct
worship of Satan the devil. That society, like the ones to follow, was
controlled and exploited by a coterie of rich and powerful unscrupulous
schemers. It led precisely to where this present world is now headed--total
and utter destruction!
How could the old pre-Flood
mythologies and worship be transported into the new postFlood
world? We can only surmise-but there is reason enough to at least suspect
that they could have come through Ham, one of Noah's three sons. Although
admittedly there is not absolute, incontrovertible proof available, it is
certainly quite possible that Ham could have indeed married into the line of
Cain himself. If this is so, then he may have been initiated into the ancient
mysteries. It is certainly of more than passing interest that the progeny of
Ham is decidedly singled out in the Genesis record as having been involved in
reprehensible and even diabolical actions. We are, for example, made acutely
aware of the sin, apparently sodomy, of Canaan,
Ham's son (Gen. 9). And, of course, Ham's grandson, Nimrod, was the very
founder of Babylon itself and the father of the great false religion that
permeated the postdiluvian world. It is also most instructive to note that
when Cain was banished from the presence of God, he traveled into the
so-called land of Nod, to the east of Eden. I submit to you that it is quite possible that the very
beginning of the ancient pagan mysteries and the true origin of the earliest
esoteric societies bent upon world conquest and abuse could well have been in
the very same geographic area where, though an unbroken line, Nimrod began
his own power trip-Babylon herself!!
The Atlantean
legend seems to set the ideological foundation upon which all the secret
societies rest. Whether it is the "cooperative commonwealth of the ten
kings," the "Philosophical Empire," the "New Atlantic
League," the "New World Order," or simply the "New
Atlantis,," the meaning is always the same--to
establish a so-called enlightened world government.
What is an enlightened world
government? In reality, it is a government and a world free of religion, that completely excludes the true God, and installs
humanism and ultimately the worship of Satan himself as the preeminent
pillars of society. The famous leader of Freemasonry, Manley P. Hall,
described the quest for this sort of civilization:
"For more than three
thousand years, secret societies have labored to create the background of
knowledge necessary to the establishment of an enlightened democracy among
the nations of the world...The rise of the Christian
Church brought persecution ... driving the guilds (the secret societies) into
greater secrecy; but all have continued searching for human happiness under a
variety of rituals and symbols; and they still exist" (The Secret
Destiny of America, p. 72).
It is amazing and alarming how
remarkably widespread this concept is among the leading politicians,
financiers and industrialists of the world today. Indeed, no greater
embodiment of this notion exists than that which is exemplified in the spirit
of the current United Nations.
In his great rebellion against
God, Lucifer sought to dominate the universe, to capture the very throne of
Yahweh in heaven. Though he was defeated, neither he nor his grandiose plans
for domination and control were destroyed. What we see emerging today as the
New World Order is not anything new at all. It is purely and simply the
fulfilling of Satan's dream-a dream that led the
pre-Flood world to utter destruction at the hand of Almighty God. In the
end-time, this dream will be permitted to become a hideous reality
for only a brief moment, yet even so, the Scriptures describe it as a time
unlike any before it or after it. It is coming, brethren. It is relentless
and ultimately unstoppable. Its shadow now looms heavy on the horizon of our
world today. Truly, truly, it is time to awaken from sleep, throw off the
things of this flesh, and get into complete harmony with the plans and
purposes of the eternal God of heaven and earth!
